"5 Easy Yoga Poses for Beginners to Start Practicing Today"

Mountain Pose (Tadasana): Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your arms at your sides. Press your feet into the ground and lift the crown of your head towards the ceiling. Hold for 5-10 breaths.

Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana): Begin on your hands and knees, with your hands shoulder-width apart and your knees hip-width apart. Lift your hips towards the ceiling, straighten your arms and legs, and press your heels towards the ground. Hold for 5-10 breaths.

Child's Pose (Balasana): Begin on your hands and knees, then lower your hips towards your heels and rest your forehead on the ground. Stretch your arms out in front of you or place them by your sides. Hold for 5-10 breaths.

Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II): Stand with your feet about 3-4 feet apart, with your right foot facing forward and your left foot turned out to the side. Bend your right knee and extend your arms out to the sides, parallel to the ground. Hold for 5-10 breaths, then switch sides.

Tree Pose (Vrksasana): Stand with your feet hip-width apart, then shift your weight onto your left foot. Lift your right foot off the ground and place the sole of your foot on your inner left thigh. Press your hands together in front of your heart and hold for 5-10 breaths, then switch sides.
